Dat het de afgelopen tijd niet makkelijk is in festival land is jullie vast niet ontgaan, zowel voor bezoeker als organisator. Het aanbod is enorm, alles wordt met de dag duurder en mensen kopen steeds later hun ticket. Organisatoren halen alles uit de kast om de dansvloeren te vullen en sommigen zijn zelfs genoodzaakt om de stekker eruit te trekken. De industrie is flink in beweging, en het enige wat we binnen deze storm kunnen doen is onze eigen koers varen en focussen op ons eigen spel. Daar hebben we onze muzikale en artistieke visie ook op aangescherpt.
LAATSTE ZONDAG IN DEZE VORM
We merken dat het elk jaar lastiger wordt om de dansvloeren op de zondag te vullen, en daarom is dit de laatste keer dat de zondag van Ploegendienst er op deze manier uit gaat zien.
Ondanks de flinke line-up loopt deze tweede dag simpelweg niet zoals verwacht. Dan kun je drie dringen doen. je trekt de stekker eruit, je neemt genoegen met te weinig bezoekers op het terrein, of je zorgt ervoor dat de dansvloeren volstaan door het zo toegankelijk mogelijk te maken.
VOOR ONS 11E JAAR ZONDAGTICKETS SLECHTS €11,11 (EX FEE)
Wij kiezen voor de laatste optie en daarom wordt de zondag van Ploegendienst in ons 11e jaar slechts €11,11 (ex fee). Financieel voor ons niet de meest gezonde manier, maar wel de vetste keuze om bij te dragen aan de betaalbaarheid van festivals en om op een korte termijn toch die volle dansvloeren te realiseren. Dan is de Galder by far het mooist, en dat is ook precies wat de artiesten verdienen. Daarnaast is geld nooit onze drijfveer geweest en doen we gelukkig ook andere mooie projecten.
IK HEB AL EEN ZONDAG- OF WEEKENDTICKET, WAT NU?
Dan word je gecompenseerd met munten die je per mail worden toegestuurd (check ook je spam). We ronden netjes af naar boven. In jullie voordeel, omdat we jullie support enorm waarderen. Daarvoor mag je ook wat extra’s terugverwachten. Ook de weekend tickets worden verlaagd naar €75,- (ex fee). De zaterdag van Ploegendienst loopt gelukkig steady en het ziet er naar uit dat we die wederom gewoon lekker gaan uitverkopen. Dat is heerlijk!
Op naar twee uitverkochte werkvloeren! Dat is waar we nu voor gaan. Dit is het laatste Ploegendienst weekend in deze vorm, dus we eindigen met een knaller. Een weekend met een gruwelijk programma op deze unieke locatie. Nieuwe stages en nieuwe genres, maar vooral ouderwets genieten met vaste krachten en nieuwe collega’s. ⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE | LAST TIME SUNDAY PLOEGENDIENST IN THIS STATE ⚠️
It’s no secret that it is a difficult time for the festival industry, for both visitors and organizers. The offer is huge, prices continue to rise, and people buy their tickets very last minute. Organizers are doing everything they can to fill the dance floors and some are even forced to pull the plug. The industry is shifting, and the only thing we can do in this storm is to focus on playing our own game. That is why we adjusted our musical and artistic vision accordingly.
LAST SUNDAY IN THIS FORMAT
Every year, the challenge to fill the dance floors on Sunday grows. That is why this will be the last time the Sunday of PLOEGENDIENST will look like this.
Despite a heavy-hitting line-up, the second day is not going as expected. So, we had three options. Pull the plug, continue with fewer visitors, or do everything we can to make sure the dance floors are packed by making the Sunday as accessible as possible.
IN OUR 11TH YEAR THE SUNDAY TICKETS WILL BE €11,11 (EX FEE)
We chose the third option, which is why the Sunday of PLOEGENDIENST in our 11th year will be €11,11 (ex fee). Financially not the most sound move for us, but we believe it is the best way to contribute to keeping festivals affordable and pack those dance floors on a short term. That is when The Galder is at its best, and that is exactly what these artists deserve. Besides, money has never been our driving force and we are thankful to also work on other great projects.

You’ll be compensated with tokens which you will receive by email. we round up the amount in your favor, as a thank you for your support, which we value very much. Weekend tickets are also lowered to €75 (ex fee). The good news, Saturday is going strong as ever! Tickets are flying and we are well on our way to another sold out floor. Love it!
On to two sold out workfloors! That is what we are going for. This is the last time a PLOEGENDIENST weekend will happen in this form, so we will go out with a bang. A weekend with an epic program at this unique location. New stages and new genres, but mostly old-fashioned enjoyment with familiar faces and new colleagues. Thanks for all your love and support.
